Welcome to Bayanihan, a platform connecting volunteer organizations with communities in need. By submitting an application to become an Accredited Bayanihan Volunteer Network (ABVN) member, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To apply, your organization must:

Be a legally registered entity or a recognized community group.
Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
Agree to abide by Bayanihan’s code of conduct and operational guidelines.

3. Application Process

Your application will be reviewed by the Bayanihan team. Submission does not guarantee approval. You agree to provide any additional documentation requested during the review process.

4. Data Usage

By submitting this application, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your organization’s data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Responsibilities

Approved organizations must:

Maintain accurate contact and operational information.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Notify Bayanihan of any changes to legal status or operations.

6. Termination

Bayanihan reserves the right to terminate your ABVN membership if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or its community.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
